This Ubuntu Is real, and you do not need formatting. just double click the exe and it will automatically extract and create a folder on your desktop. double click the folder and you will find lots of files press the file that says run_ubuntu, or something like that. This program works for windows xp and vista, xp for sure, and maybe vista, depends on your computer. Afterwards when you want to switch back, you will be guided later.
